JLW make no drama about the repair of a common fault found on Jcb excavators dippers.
The Jcb js145 ground worker was striped onsite using another similar machine to do the heavy lifting. Then cleaned, prepped and welded using a great bit of kit we carry in our service van, Mosa magicweld, a petrol engine inverter welding plant capable of this type of welding repair and also running the 110v 9″ grinder but only weighing in at 32kg, designed for railway work where uses may have to manhandle equipment great distances along track side.
