JLW are busy in this great spell of weather, hard landscaping to engineer garden and driveways around this new house and civilising the new garden to existing surroundings, then sowing grass seed readying the property to go on the market. Best of luck with the sale, the view sells it for me.
Also the management and weed control in game crops on local shooting estates, and the establishment of catch crops in areas that have not established well enough.
