Thanks to Drew Mcnae for introducing the JLW solutions team to the newest telescopic handler to hit the UK market. This is the first Fendt agricultural spec moving around and what a weapon it is with 5.5 ton lift capacity to 9m its more a cross between our smaller telescopics forklift we have and our larger industrial wheelshovel.
The raise cab function sets this machine in a class of its own for comfort and visibility, but I really don’t think we will see many in the average farm yard. It is however a definite contender to replace mid range wheelshovel in the docks and waste environments JLW plays in, it gives the multitool flexibility of the telescopic forklift and an extremely capable shovel easily out shining a standard wheelshovel.
Truly impressed, we all thought the cab rise was a bit of a unnecessary gimmick but it exceeded all our expectations when the cab was raised to a comfortable ride position which engages the cab suspension and allowed you to see all round the machine in a super stable idyllic driving position.
